Western Specialty Completes $2.9 Mil Roof Project
MARYLAND HEIGHTS, Mo. – Western Specialty Contractors has completed installation of a new roof on the Hydromat manufacturing plant in Maryland Heights, Mo.
The building’s 125,000-square-foot sprayed polyurethane roof had been damaged by hail and was in overall poor condition due to aging.
Western’s scope of work on the $2.9 million, eight-month project included removing the existing roof and replacing it with two layers of 2.6 Polyiso rigid foam insulation and a fully adhered TPO roof. Western also replaced the roof’s sheet metal components and installed reinforced plastic interior ceiling protection throughout the building.
