U of MO to Construct Thompson Center for Autism Facility
COLUMBIA, Mo. – The University of Missouri – Columbia is beginning construction soon on a $55 million, 74,000-square-foot facility for the Thompson Center for Autism and Neurodevelopment.
The building will house clinical diagnostic and intervention services, translational research and training initiatives.
Funding for the build comes from $27.5 million in state monies, $15 million in gifts and $12.5 million in university dollars.
Construction of the project is expected to complete in December 2025.
