Sansone, Raith Capital Close Deal on El Paso Master Plan
EL PASO, Texas – Sansone Group, in collaboration with Raith Capital Partners, announces the closure of a transaction marking the beginning of phase one of a three-phase master plan.
The development spans 3.7 million square feet in El Paso, Texas.
Approximately 85 acres of prime real estate are part of phase one. The parcel is located at Interstate 10 and Loop 375, within three miles of the Ysleta-Zaragoza Port of Entry, a major US-Mexico border crossing that is responsible for more than 80 percent of El Paso’s northbound cargo truck crossings.
Phase one of the development includes three industrial buildings totaling 1.38 million square feet that are estimated to be completed in Q4 2024. Catamount Construction is the contractor.
