S. M. Wilson and Clayco Join on St. Louis Community College Meramec Projects
ST. LOUIS, Mo. – In September, St. Louis Community College at Meramec began construction of two new buildings – its Center for Emerging Technology and its Financial Services and Enrollment Center.
S. M. Wilson & Co. is serving as construction manager, with Clayco as the contractor. Arcturis is the project architect.
The $46.5 million, 65,000-square-foot project is expected to complete in Summer of 2025.
The buildings will serve as the campus’s new face along the highly traveled Big Bend Road. Each building will feature a variety of modernized, visible and welcoming spaces to study, collaborate and relax in between STLCC classes.
Both buildings will feature green roofs, innovative classrooms and the latest technology.
