St. Paul, Minn. – Ryan Companies recently wrapped up construction on Highland Bridge, a 122-acre, mixed-use master development on the former site of the Ford Motor Companies’ Twin Cities Assembly Plant.
The Minneapolis-based builder’s finished product includes 55 acres of green space, 265,000 square feet of office, 150,000 square feet retail, 3,800 apartments, single-family residences, affordable housing condominiums, 125 senior living apartments and a full-service grocery store.
Marvella – the 5-story, 340,000-square foot senior living apartments, are situated on the bluffs of the Mississippi River.
The Lumin is Ryan’s name for the affordable housing component.
A 15-block area of row homes represents a joint venture between Ryan and Habit for Humanity.
Four city-owned parks are part of the master development; these are currently under construction.
