Midas Construction of Viva Bene Aims to Wrap in October

ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Midas is making steady progress in constructing a 161-unit luxury active adult living community in St. Peters, Mo. Known as Viva Bene.
Senior Project Manager Paul Hayhurst is leading the project, which spans 195,000 square feet and is four stories tall, includes a resort-style pool, co-working spaces, detached garages, chef kitchens, spa-inspired bathrooms and more.
A medical support area is also being built on site.
Unique to this build is EXACOR, a magnesium oxide product that will act as a fire and sound barrier between floors.
The total project cost, including land, is $37.88 million.
Avenue Development is the developer.
Viva Bene is on schedule to complete this October.
