Kadean Progressing on Audere at Wildhorse Village in Chesterfield, Mo.

CHESTERFIELD, Mo. – Kadean Construction has completed pouring the foundations for the Audere at Wildhorse Village. Once complete, the project will offer five stories of luxury condominiums. Audere is a component of the $500 million, mixed-use master development known as Wildhorse Village.
Modern design technology is enabling the Kadean team, Reid Group and CORE10 Architecture to visualize the finished product – the Audere – well ahead of completion.
The community reflects a clean, modern approach, balanced with natural wood accents. The light, sand-tone brick exterior, large windows, tall ceilings and private terraces create a connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
Wildhorse Village’s scope also includes a lot of open green space, a 15-acre lake with walking trails, public art plus commercial and retail space on both sides. A terraced plaza and stepped ampitheather off of Chesterfield Parkway are part of the design.
