Cortex Announces Campus Renovation Plans

ST. LOUIS, Mo. – CIC St. Louis announced plans Feb. 5 to renovate its St. Louis campus’ shared and private lab space in a joint investment with Cortex, the CIC’s long-term partner in St. Louis.
The $2 million renovation will begin in February 2024 with a target completion date of late Spring 2024.
Renovation plans include laboratories, buildings and facilities upgrades at South Sarah Street.
In conjunction with the renovation, Thermo Fisher Scientific will bring state-of-the-art equipment, training and services to its St. Louis Innovation Campus. CIC began its work with Thermo Fisher two years ago as the company committed to serve as a founding sponsor of CIC Philadelphia.
