CHESTERFIELD, Mo. – Contegra Construction Co. and Remiger Design are delivering a Chesterfield-based office/warehouse project for Classroom Library Co.
The client is a provider of books and materials for the education market.
Remiger designed the single-story, 70,000-square-foot office/warehouse facility on Edison Avenue in Chesterfield. Contegra is building the project on a 7.1-acre site.
Site teams have formed the tilt-up panels and are preparing to begin the vertical work.
