Clayco Building Addition, Renovation to Pfizer Headquarters
CHESTERFIELD, Mo. – Clayco is building an addition and renovation of the original Pfizer headquarters.
The project will add 50,000 square feet to the R&D facility in Chesterfield, MO and will include both office and lab space.
The estimated project size is $59 million. Lamar Johnson Collaborative is the architect. The project is expected to reach completion yet this year.
In 2019 Clayco completed construction of Pfizer’s 295,000-square-foot headquarters.
