MARION, Ill. – Brinkmann Constructors, in partnership with Agracel, Inc., an Illinois-based commercial developer, recently completed the construction of Aisin Distribution Center, a 463,000-square-foot build-to-suit industrial warehouse.

Designed for a major car parts distributor, the build-out included 80 docks, three office spaces, four storm shelter areas and low-voltage infrastructure for data processing. M+H Architects served as the project architect.
