In-N-Out Burger to Build First Location East of Texas
FRANKLIN, Tenn. – The popular fast-casual restaurant In-N-Out Burger is investing $125.5 million in a new headquarters office and restaurant in Franklin, 20 miles due south of Nashville.
According to the company’s press release, In-N-Out marks its first major venture further eastward.
Construction is estimated to begin in late 2024 and wrap up in 2026 at the 2.25-acre site, to include a 3,860-square-foot restaurant with an outdoor patio, parking and drive-thru.
The company also plans to construct a 100,000-square-foot southeastern U.S. office headquarters at the site.
In-N-Out Burger, founded in 1948, is known as California’s first drive-thru hamburger restaurant and remains family-owned and operated.
