ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Midas Hospitality, BSI Constructors, HDA Architects and a slew of other project partners are celebrating the construction progress at Forsythia on the Park, a 38-unit luxury condominium community in the heart of Clayton.
The 155,000-square-foot development is adjacent to Shaw Park and features large outdoor terraces, 24-hour concierge, guest valet parking, a stunning residence lounge with fireplace and a large community room with a high-tech entertainment system.
The project team also includes ODA Studio, interior designer; Engenuity, mechanical-electrical-plumbing and fire protection engineer; Alper Audi, Inc., structural engineer; Grimes Consulting, Inc., civil engineer and Loomis Associates, landscape architect.
