SACRAMENTO, Calif. – A $46.7 million retail-walkable luxury multifamily community continues making progress in California’s capital.

Houston-based Hines, in a joint venture with MBK Rental Living of Irvine, is building 303 units in a Class A residential living community just five minutes from downtown Sacramento.

Natomas Fountains offers rented spaces across six 3-story buildings, touting that residents will be able to walk to a full menu of retail locations adjacent to the 10.6-acre parcel.

The transit-centric, highly amenitized development is not Hines’ first in the capital city. In 2020, the builder/developer completed the Centene campus in Sacramento.

This community, which is anticipated to be completed in 2026, offers studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units.
