Hardaway Construction Begins Holladay Mixed-Use Nashville Project

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The 140-unit mixed-use project for owner and Brentwood, Tenn.-based developer Holladay Ventures has begun just east of downtown Nashville.
General contractor Hardaway Construction, David Baker Architects, landscape architect Hawkins Partners and Genesis Engineering are teaming up on this project, which also includes 2,500 square feet of retail space.
Located on Dickerson Pike, the affordable housing development is pursuing Enterprise Green Communities certification with solar panels integrated into its design. The project also includes an empowerment center, underscoring the owner’s dedication to commmunity empowerment and well-being by offering essential workforce training and resident services.
Halladay is developing the property in partnership with the Urban League of Middle Tennessee.
