Chicago’s Fulton Market 11-Story Office Building Gets Green Light
CHICAGO, Ill. – Developer Fulton St. Companies, Morris Adjmi Architects and FitzGerald Associates Architects Associates Architects and general contractor Skender are moving forward on their collaborative plan to build a $233 million, 11-story urban office destination at 919 West Fulton Street.
The 470,000-square-foot building will form an L shape along Sangamon Street between Fulton and Lake Streets in the Fulton Market District, once home to Chicago’s meatpacking plants.
Anchor tenant Harrison Street Real Estate Capital has committed to leasing 150,000 square feet of offices plus 22,000 square feet of outdoor terrace space in the future building.
Gibsons Restaurant Group is expected to lease up to 15,000 square feet on the ground floor.
The project team expects completion in 2025.
