KIRKWOOD, Mo. – Brinkmann Constructors, in partnership with Dallas-based High Street Residential (Trammell Crow Company), recently completed the construction of The James, a 253,000-square-foot mixed-use development in Kirkwood, a western suburb of St. Louis.

The new five-story development includes 152 residential units, 285 parking spaces and 7,000 square feet of retail space. Designed for both luxury and convenience, The James features a variety of upscale amenities, including a pool, courtyard, entertainment lounge, fitness center, pet spa, dedicated work-from-home space and coffee bar. ESG Architecture and Design served as the project architect.
