Sedalia’s Community College to Gain Nearly $50 Million in New Construction

SEDALIA, Mo. – As part of State Fair Community College’s master plan, the campus is preparing for construction of a new residence hall, advanced agriculture and transportation technology facility and a new outdoor athletic complex.

Nearly $50 million in construction is the estimated price tag for the three projects combined.

A three-story, 18,119-square-foot, 200-bed residence hall – designed by Robert Rollings Architects, LLC– is estimated at $15 million to $20 million.

Construction of a new Center for Advanced Agriculture and Transportation Technology facility is projected to cost $20 million.

A new outdoor athletic complex has a projected cost of $10 million.
