Midas, Ceco and Partners Top Out MILA Ellisville
ELLISVILLE, Mo. – Midas Construction, Rosemann & Associates and Ceco Concrete are joining forces in building MILA Ellisville, a four-story multifamily project in Ellisville.
Ceco Concrete has poured more than 12,000 cubic yards of concrete for the build and is now topping out the project.
Midas Capital is the developer, with architectural and structure engineering provided by Rosemann & Associates.
A 125,000-square-foot parking garage and elevated courtyard with pool are also included in the project scope.
