Marvin Manufacturing Site Being Built by Kadean

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Kadean Construction has begun construction of a 400,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Wyandotte County.
The warehouse, expected to be completed and open in 2025, is located in the Scannell 435 Logistics Center. Marvin anticipates putting 600 individuals to work in the Kansas City facility by 2028, manufacturing, fabricating and assembling the company’s fiberglass and door solutions.
Kansas City is the 17th city in which Warroad, Minn.-based Marvin manufactures products.
