Holland Building Midtown St. Louis Student Living Community

ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Holland Construction Services recently celebrated the completion of the structural concrete package and the commencement of wood framing on The Marshall St. Louis, the newest student housing development to hit Midtown.
The project has involved the demolition of an existing 23,454-square-foot building to make way for the construction of a new five-floor, 350,000-square-foot, multi-family/student housing residence that will sit over a two-floor, 105,000-square-foot, cast-in-place parking structure totaling 1.805 acres. The building will ultimately contain 177 units/508 beds.
