SEATTLE, Wash. – Sellen Construction is the general contractor for the Memorial Stadium redevelopment project at the Seattle Center, a nearly $150 million project on track to complete in 2027.
The project is a collaboration between Seattle Public Schools, the City of Seattle and the One Roof Stadium Partnership. The new venue, designed by Generator Studio, is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2027.
It’s the biggest vertical construction project finishing in Washington state next year.
This massive, state-of-the-art multi-purpose stadium project is replacing the historical 1947 facility and will feature sweeping vertical grandstands, event spaces and community amenities.
The project owner is a nonprofit partnership between the Seattle Public Schools, the City of Seattle, and One Roof Sports & Entertainment.
