MIAMI, Fla. – A $300 million-plus, vertical mixed-use skyscraper continues to rise to its peak in downtown Miami.

Once completed, Okan Tower will be one of the tallest buildings in Florida at 902 feet high. The tower is designed by Behar Font & Partners and funded by Turkish developer Bekir Okan and his company, the Okan Group.

The general contractor for the 70-story Okan Tower is a joint venture between Jacob Companies and Okan Construction.

A 316-room Hilton Miami Bayfront Hotel, 236 condo-hotel residences managed by Hilton Hotels & Resorts, 163 Sky Residences, Class A office space and more than 80,000 square feet of lifestyle amenities are all within the project’s scope.

The project’s design features a striking curved glass façade and an upper apex inspired by the silhouette of a tulip, Turkey’s national flower. This sculptural design incorporates sweeping lines and gracefully tapering terraces that blossom upward toward the sky.

The build is expected to be completed in 2027.
