SAN ANTONIO, Texas – A manufacturer of construction, agricultural and demolition equipment is making progress on its San Antonio location.
Located on a 400-acre site, JCB Manufacturing’s $500 million industrial vertical build spanning heavy production and office buildings is the largest single investment in its history.
Joeris General Contractors is the builder.
JCB is anticipating to wrap the project by January.
At its global facilities, the company produces more than 300 different types of machines – including backhoe loaders, tracked excavators, wheeled loaders and telescopic handlers.
At this San Antonio facility, the production line will focus entirely on telescopic handlers (telehandlers) and aerial work platforms, with the capacity to expand into other product lines as the site scales up.
RVK Architecture of San Antonio is the project architect.
