Frisco, Texas to Welcome $800 Mil Luxury Mixed-Use Urban Village in 2027

FRISCO, Texas – The biggest vertical construction project in Texas finishing in 2027 is Fields West in Frisco, a massive $800 million luxury mixed-use urban village.
The project is on track for a sequenced delivery starting in late 2027.
The developer is The Karahan Companies, in partnership with Hunt Realty.
Gensler is the multi-phased project architect, with a collection of general contractors.
The mega-development is coming to life on a 55-acre site in the heart of the 2,500-acre Fields master-planned community in North Frisco, along the Dallas North Tollway.
Columbus Realty Partners is managing construction of the 1,150 urban multifamily residences.
The $800 million vertical development also includes 360,000 square feet of upscale retail, dining and entertainment, 350,000 square feet of Class A office space.
