BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Brasfield & Gorrie is making progress building the future Andrews Sports Medicine campus at the former Brookwood Village site in Birmingham, Ala.
The $124 million project will transform the former retail property into a state-of-the-art sports medicine and orthopedic care campus that will serve patients from across Alabama and the Southeast. During the visit, project leaders provided an overview of the redevelopment effort and discussed the project’s role in the region.
It will span 135,000 square feet and two stories, designed by Davis Stokes Collaborative Architects.
Construction began in Spring 2026 and is expected to complete by Summer 2027.
