Phase 1 of Gigasite in Florida Panhandle to Wrap in Q4 2026

CRESTVIEW, Fla. – The biggest vertical construction project in the Florida Panhandle is the massive Williams International aerospace manufacturing campus in Okaloosa County.
The $1 billion project, the Shoal River Ranch Gigasite, will total 1 million square feet of vertical manufacturing facilities for developer Williams International, a gas turbine and jet engine manufacturer.
Phase 1, construction of a 250,000-square-foot facility, will wrap up by the close of 2026.
An additional 250,000 square feet – phase 2 – is scheduled for 2028. A final 500,000-square-foot expansion will follow as phase 3.
The mega-facility will bring more than 330 high-paying manufacturing and aerospace jobs to Northwest Florida.
