JACKSON, Wyo. – Plans by developer Mogul Capital to erect 362,000 square feet of hospitality space plus affordable and market rate housing units remain in play for downtown Jackson, Wyo.

Thanks to a city council-approved zoning change back in 2016 to allow larger commercial development in the downtown district, the project continues to move closer to reality.

No contractor has been announced to build the mega hotel that will include 171 rooms. The project details also call for restaurants and stores, a bar, spa, fitness center, rooftop deck and hotel offices and meeting space.

A total of 194 affordable housing units plus 36 condos are also part of the project scope.

The proposed development will occupy a full city block.
