ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Subcontractor bids are being sought to build the first dual-brand IHG hotel in Missouri.

Maryland Heights, Mo.-based Midas Hospitality will spearhead construction of the $125 million Kimpton Staybridge Suites dual-brand hotel, to be located at 2601 Market Street at the corner of Market and Jefferson Streets in the heart of St. Louis Downtown West.

Dual Brand Hotel is the project’s owner, with GSB Inc. as the Oklahoma City-based architect.

The two-tower high-rise hotels will each boast their own lobbies and front desks.

The 7-story Kimpton will include 170 guest rooms with 10 suites. This property, part of the IHG Hotels & Resorts & Lifestyles Collection, will offer three unique restaurants and bars including a main-level restaurant, lobby lounge and rooftop bar plus more than 6,600 square feet of meeting space, a 24-hour fitness center and complimentary bicycle rental.

Staybridge Suites, under the umbrella of IHG Hotels & Resorts’ Suites Collection, will feature full kitchens, in-suite workspaces, a 400-square-foot boardroom, 24-hour fitness and laundry facilities and complimentary hot breakfast.

The dual-brand hotel is anticipated to reach completion in late 2025.
