ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Holland Construction Services announces Doug Weber as the company’s new executive vice president. He steps into this role after 24 years in the industry, including 17 at Holland in various leadership roles. As EVP, Weber will provide guidance to all business unit leaders, lead the residential business unit, oversee risk analysis and continue to be a thought partner with Holland’s clients.

“Our company has grown tremendously under Doug’s leadership,” said Holland President Mike Marchal. “I am so proud of Doug as a partner and friend and grateful for what he has done for our team. Weber joined Holland in 2007 as a project manager and was promoted to director of multifamily housing in 2013. In 2019 he was promoted to vice president/project executive. Marchal says Weber’s recent promotion to EVP speaks to Weber’s professional excellence as well as his ability to lead large teams.

“Holland has been my home for nearly two decades, and I am honored to take on this new role within the company,” Weber said. “Our ongoing success in this industry is due to our passionate, talented team and to clients who trust us with their vision.”
