ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Walbrandt Electric & Technology announces the appointment of Victor McNew as president and chief operating officer.
McNew brings more than two decades of experience across electrical engineering, manufacturing, utilities, construction and business ownership. He most recently worked in a senior executive role on a major manufacturing expansion project and has held leadership positions with Nestle Purina, Anheuser-Busch, CBRE and Holcim, overseeing engineering, maintenance, safety and capital projects. He also founded 5 Star LED and 5 Star Electrical Services, serving industrial and commercial clients across the region.
Before beginning his professional career, McNew served in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he led logistics and mission-critical teams in combat environments. He earned the Bronze Star Medal and Combat Action Ribbon for his leadership, courage and dedication to mission accomplishment.
Walbrandt Electric & Technology is privately owned by Founder and CEO Aaron Walbrandt and Tim Sansone of Stone Acres Investments. Both will remain actively involved in the company’s strategic direction and long-term planning.
As president and COO, McNew will oversee daily operations and the continued expansion of the company’s electrical and technology divisions. His focus will include employee development, process improvement and client satisfaction. The company will continue to enhance its integrated approach, which brings together electrical, lighting control, motorized shading, networking, automation, security and service solutions to serve both residential and commercial clients.
