LOUIS, Mo. – Golterman & Sabo Companies announces that Signature Craft – a local manufacturer and installer of window treatments, acoustical panels, and commercial interior products – has been purchased by Golterman & Sabo. As part of this transition, Signature Craft will be closing its operations, and its experienced employees and active projects have been integrated into the Golterman & Sabo employee-owned organization.
This transition strengthens an already highly skilled G&S team by adding additional knowledge, craftsmanship and experience, further enhancing G&S’s ability to serve the region’s architectural and construction community.
