With CWC’s significant growth and success, several company members have been promoted to new leadership roles to support continued growth.

Tow was recently appointed CWC’s president. In this role, he will continue to provide leadership, oversight and strategic vision to the organization while focusing on the sustained growth of the business unit and its team members.

Ferris, who is in the St. Louis office, and Roberts, who is in the Naples office, have both been named vice presidents of the company. Ferris and Roberts oversee client development and team building within their respective offices.

Taylor has been named the vice president of operations and primarily works from CWC’s Naples office. In this role, Taylor is overseeing all aspects of construction operations.

Promoted to senior account manager in Naples, Crassman is now responsible for business development, leadership and coordination of all service department projects and is accountable for project success.

Dick now serves as CWC’s senior superintendent in Naples. Dick will provide oversight and leadership of CWC’s team of superintendents and assistant superintendents. As senior superintendent, he is also responsible for ensuring field staff has the necessary resources to complete each project to the highest quality, on schedule and on budget while maintaining safety standards on every project site.
