However, various factors can disrupt even the most meticulously planned timelines. Understanding these potential challenges allows for better preparation and mitigation strategies.

• Adverse Weather Conditions — In regions like Wisconsin, unpredictable weather – such as heavy snowfall, rain, or extreme temperatures – can halt construction activities, especially during winter months. These conditions can delay tasks like concrete pouring, roofing and exterior finishes.
