Need an Easy Way to Share Projects with the Construction Community?

By ROBERT LENK

The hands that build projects around the world often go unseen beneath lists of architects, developers and engineers.

And while friends and family might hear about what you work on, sometimes the real process gets lost in translation – leaving you feeling unrecognized on and off site. Learn how to bring your part in projects to the forefront.

Making Montages

Showing off your work starts with having an easy way to share it.

With messy camera rolls, it’s hard to find the photos you’ve taken of your projects – not to mention remembering what you were capturing. With Montage in BuildID, add photos from your camera roll or existing projects, and easily reorder and caption them to make an effortless, shareable video that shows your process from start to finish.

Sharing Projects

With a montage made in BuildID, photos from your project or pictures and videos in your camera roll, post to the BuildID community feed and link it to your project. That way, your contribution to the project can be seen on the site map or by anyone who follows it.

Project Info

It’s not just your posts that can be added to a project. You can add your company, the products you used and add the photos you’ve taken directly to the site’s gallery. When a company is added to a project, its role in that project is also listed, making it easy to see all of the necessary credit for every part of a project.

Work History

Finally, mark yourself as having worked on a project to add it to your work history. This will make the project appear on your profile and vice versa. Anyone who views the project will see you in the list of builders involved.

The projects that shape our world depend on the tradespeople who build them. Be seen, celebrated and remembered, with plenty of ways to share and save your projects. We can help you do just that.
